GG Gary Concrete Works provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Gary, IN and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors like weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the project schedule.
We stand behind our work and offer a warranty on our concrete installations. The specific warranty terms and duration will be provided in your project contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and project requirements. You must also ensure clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, property line issues, or HOA requirements. Failure to provide necessary information may result in project delays or additional costs.
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and scheduled resources. Once work has started, you will be responsible for payment of work completed and materials purchased.
GG Gary Concrete Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all our work.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
